Three machines, one set of paper models
For Mussche BV we designed a set of three paper models: a Volvo truck with tipper, a Volvo excavator and an Ahlmann loader. The models follow the shapes and markings of the real machines the company uses for earthworks, demolition and infrastructure.
The colour versions are offset printed. In addition, black-and-white colouring sheet versions were printed in high quantity and delivered with a local newspaper. Children can colour and build them at home, then bring them to the Mussche open day. There a jury judges who has made the best truck, excavator or loader. A recognisable corporate gift that continues to work outside the company.
- Volvo truck with tipper, double-folded A3
- Volvo EC250E excavator, three-fold flat 3× A4
- Ahlmann AS1600 loader, double-folded A3
- Offset printed in colour
- Black-and-white colouring sheets in high quantity with the local newspaper
The three models
The loader is an Ahlmann AS1600, finished in Mussche’s red house style. The excavator is a Volvo EC250E with the characteristic red cab and impressive grapple. The truck is a Volvo with tipper, whose body can be raised and whose tailgate opens.
Colouring sheets for the open day
Alongside the offset colour versions, black-and-white colouring sheets were printed in high quantity. These went out with a local newspaper. Children can colour and assemble them at home, then bring them to the open day.
At the open day a jury looks at the models that have been brought in and judges who has coloured and built the best machine.
Three machines that together form a fine set, to hand out at events and give to business contacts.
