An ambulance you can build yourself
Commissioned by RAVU Ambulance Care Utrecht, we created a paper model of one of their Mercedes ambulances. It is a 2-in-1 design: you choose whether to build the simple version or the advanced one.
The simple version has flat wheels. The advanced version is more challenging, with recessed wheel arches and separate 3D wheels. Both versions result in a striking ambulance model.

About the RAVU ambulance
RAVU is the Regional Ambulance Service Utrecht. With more than 500 staff, 14 stations and around 90,000 care deployments a year, it is one of the larger ambulance services in the Netherlands. The ambulances cover the entire province of Utrecht, from high-complexity emergency care to planned transport.
Brochure for distribution
The model is also produced as a brochure. The cover shows the ambulance; inside you find information about RAVU and an invitation to build your own ambulance. This way the model is not only handed out, but actually used: at home, at an open day or during an information session.
